Police did NOT read me my Miranda Rights for a marijuana possession misdemeanor? I was arrested on two different occasions once for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) in georgia, city of marietta to be more exact. and once again for a second charge of possession of marijuana less than one ounce in the city of smyrna, georgia. i was not read my miranda rights on both cases and i want to know if there is any possibility of fighting the case for that reason, i have heard that some lawyers can make the court drop the entire case because of that reason alone, how possible is that in my case(s)?...
